All our deliveries are sent out via the good old Royal Mail, as we feel they are the most reliable, plus you get the choice of standard or recorded delivery. Although it is worth noting that tracking is only available on packages that are sent by recorded delivery, therefore we recommend paying for this delivery option if you wish to track your parcel.
Once placed, your order will be lovingly packaged and individually wrapped with care, before winging its way to you as quickly as possible; due to all orders being made to order we aim to have a turnaround of between 5-7 working days on all orders we receive, to then be shipped out to you. Please allow another 2-3 working days to receive your order once it has been shipped out if you are UK, if you are European or International shipping may take slightly longer, between 5-7 working days after dispatch.
*Please note all purchases are made to order, during busy periods such as sales, promotions & calendar events turnaround time can take slightly longer. If you require your order by a certain date, please inform us when ordering in the order notes.
If you have selected recorded delivery, then you will be able to track your parcel. Once the package has been posted you will receive an email with your tracking code, allowing you to keep a close eye on your purchase and receive a confirmation once it has reached its destination.
Yes! Free delivery is available on orders that are over a certain amount for the UK and Worldwide; please see our Delivery & Returns page for the specified amounts, as these vary depending on where in the world it is being delivered to.
We can only offer a free return if an item you have received has a fault; in this situation your return postage will be refunded once the item has been returned to us. In all other situations, unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns, although returning parcels to us from within the UK will only cost £2.95.
Yes, of course we can. All our T-shirts go up to an Adults XXL. You can find all Adults sizing on our products.
If this is the case please email us your order number to email@example.com and we will look into it as a matter of urgency. Any issues with items not arriving MUST be emailed for us to look into this.
If an item has been sent and it hasn’t arrived, The Royal Mail suggest that a period of time must pass until the item is ‘lost’ if after this time the item still has not been delivered, a replacement will be made and sent. In no circumstances will refunds be given for undelivered items. Proof of postage is always obtained at the time of posting.
